We currently carry North American (USA & Canada) key blanks only. Therefore, if you would like to purchase a Keyport you will be required to send an entire set of your keys to our Nevada, USA facility so we can convert them to Keyport compatible keys (Blades). You can either send live cut keys using our secure shipping method or you can obtain uncut keys (blanks) from your local locksmith. Please note that your keys will not fit in the Keyport unless you send them to us.

Before purchasing a Keyport we need to ensure all your keys are compatible prior to you sending them all the way to the USA. Once you submit your Key ID Form we will email you within 2 business days with your Key ID results. You will also receive a link to the Keyport Selector in our online store and our address to send your keys for conversion.

Once you submit your Key ID Form we will contact you within 2 business days with the results and a link to the Keyport Selector in our online store. Mail/Post your keys to us for conversion. Please utilize our secure shipping method.

›› There is a $20 International Processing Fee for Custom Converting all of your keys regardless of key type and quantity.

A FEW MORE FACTS YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF BEFORE PURCHASING A KEYPORT

›› We currently have customers from all over the world and have processed many international orders very successfully.
›› We will do our best to Custom Convert every key you send us. This includes chipped auto keys. Please understand, the process for international orders is still in beta as there are many keys and vehicles we have not tested yet. There are well over 10,000+ different key blanks in the world.
›› The keys you send us will be converted into Keyport compatible keys called Blades. This means that when you receive your keys back, they will look different.
›› There are certain cases where we will only know what type of chip you have after we have pulled your auto key apart. Therefore, it is possible that we break apart your auto key and find that it may not be compatible. We will try to minimize these occurrences, but it will happen occasionally. If this happens, we will notify you immediately via email.
›› We are extremely careful with the keys you send us, but every once in a while, we damage a key during the conversion process. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and ask that you send us another key. Keyport is not responsible for keys that are damaged or destroyed in the conversion process.
